I always mean well on this holiday.It's not one of my favorites. It's not even in the top ten. Or top twenty. Actually, it's slightly higher than Easter (which is the absolute rock bottom of my favorite holidays list*).
But, everyone around me always gets all excited, all festive. I hate to bring it down. So I get all excited, I make plans, I think up a clever costume...
...and I manage to not have the time to make it. Every year. Granted, I do more than most people who I know.
It's not a big deal, I just feel like a party pooper.
*This is one of those figurative lists, not a real written-down one. :-P

Come on, i bet you enjoyed Halloween heaps. Did you get in costume?
About your holiday list. I agree that Easter falls right at the bottom. It just seems like Easter is a group of Sundays that are so depressing. The only up side of Easter is that it's time and a half and day in lieu at work!
